fantastic central spot

the room was very clean and the bed provided a comfortable night's rest. i found the bathroom spacious and appreciated the selection of tea and coffee with scottish shortbread. the staff held my bags with a proper luggage tag system which was very reassuring. i could easily walk to nearby attractions and tram stops so location was perfect.
i couldn't find a 'do not disturb' sign in the room but otherwise the stay was really smooth

The staff provided excellent service. They were helpful and pleasant. every staff member was attentive and professional. the location was convenient, with easy access to various attractions, and the breakfast offered a good selection.
the room was quite dusty upon arrival, and i found hairs under the dresser. i reported this, and someone came to clean it. the small fridge in the room also was not working.

I found my room very clean. The breakfast selection had plenty of choices. I appreciated the efficient check-in and check-out process. ALL staff I encountered were friendly and efficient.
The wifi was a bit weak. I struggled to load some sites.

The hotel features luggage concierge, which allowed me extra sightseeing time. The hotel is close to the trams, so travel was simple. A bus route is 30 seconds away. There is also a gym available for guest use.
